A has only a US patent on an item. B wants to market that item in Canada. Suppose a US buyer purchases that item online from B's Canadian company, can B ship it to the US without infringing A's patent?
ANSWER
Generally speaking, no. The answer may be different if not B, but B's customer ships it to the US for personal use. Your question is complicated and should be investigated thoroughly by an experienced intellectual property attorney.

When you think you might have an invention with sales potential, immediately discuss the idea with a registered patent practitioner | Ensure you sketch all significant elements of your invention on paper, writing as much detail and comments regarding its' operation | After creating any descriptions or sketching your invention, ensure a witness (or even two) sign the paper to support your claim |
